5 First heavy metal bands

Some will say heavy metal started with the beatles and the rolling stones. Or Jimi Hendrix. Yes tey definitly influenced the heavy metal sound. The first heavy metal bands were influened by those amazing Jimi Hendrix guitars . We can add the Who, Cream

Who were the first heavy metal bands . We see in Beatles some songs like come together or back un Ussr the riffs that would become metal . But led zeppeling, Black sabbath and Deep purple were the first heavy metal bands. Let us find out who were the first five heavy metal bands

1 First heavy metal bands Jimi Hendrix

I believe Jimi Hendrix was the inventor of heavy metal . Because that guitar sound nobody ever came up with that power and intensity before . Before Jimi Hendrix music was lame and boring . Not counting the middle ages classical composer who were very intense also .

The first heavy metal bands came up with the power chords and riffs. We find these riffs in classical music quite a bit. If you listen to Bach of Vivaldi you will have a lot of riffs in the songs . Classical music is defenitly the most complex music genre ever .

And heavy metal was greatly influened by it . Who were the first heavy metal bands we see bands like deep purple used a lot of classical melodies . Researched and beautiful and complex .

Jimi Hendrix was the first heavy metal musician even if his music was mostly blues based it was very intense blues ; with power riffs on the guitar and manic rhythm section with drummer and bass player blasting the rock metal grove for generations to come . For me the first heavy metal bands was Jimi Hendrix then the who or Cream

2 First heavy metal bands The who

I was watching Ac dc singer's youtube channel and he had an interview with the Who singer Roger Daltrey who said they were the first ones who rented a tour bus to travel across the USA to make a real tour .

It is incredible to think how many m*bands have followed this pattern from Motley Crue Metallica Iron maiden . That infamous tour bus where hot juicy groupies can hop on and enjoy some fun metal ride .

The Who is one of the first to influence metal bands to come such as Black sabbath . I see the who to be less metal than Jimi Hendrix, less distortion and less solos and intensity . The Who have some excellent songs. The rhythm section of the who was very metal the drummer and bas splayer are an example for metal generations to come .

What were the first heavy metal bands, many metal bands that xame after the Who learned that . If we want to be a real metal band we will need an amazing rhythm section . For those who do not know the rhythm section is the union of the bass guitar and the drums. This makes the rhythm section. I should have added the Doors also in the first heavy metal bands or pioneers or influencers of metal music .

3 First heavy metal bands Led zeppelin

Led zeppelin and we are getting there close to be really metal . The rhytm section also very powerful maybe one of the bestin history . The incredible guitar solos of Jimi Page and the powerful high pitched vocals of Robert Plant.

I do not think that anybody sang like this before . How many singers imitated of were influenced by Robert Plant after that is stunning . The first heavy metal bands as Led zeppelin With bands like Kingdom come or Cinderella or Badlands . Heavily influenced by Led zeppelin .

What were the first heavy metal bands . Looking back we see that today the music industry is dead and we can enjoy listneing to amazing bands such as Led zeppelin again . One day i was in Ibiza and it was downtown . A small street village and after a street corner, who do i see ? Robert Plant . What was my first reaction ? To bow dowm to hum . It was funny .

I remember Robert Plant stopped for a moment and i think he smiled and kelp on walking . He must have said who is this lunny who bows down to me . First heavy metal bands Led zeppelin .

4 First heavy metal bands Deep purple

With deep purple we still get one more step higher in defining the real heavy metal sound. The songs were more melodic oriented and less bluesy. More classically influenced . Yet the super loud overdrive pedal was not invented . So we cannot expect those bands to sound like Slayer of Kreator as the very intense distortion pedals were not yet invented.

I do not know how they did to make the guitar sound so heavy with no pedal . Yet i think that in the times of deep purple that some kind of overdrive pedal did exist What were the first heavy metal bands

Deep purple was one of the closest yet as we said very intense overdrive pedal did not exist. How would Jimi Hendrix Deep purple and Lez zeppelin would have sounded with overdrive ? First heavy metal bandsLed zeppelin

5 First heavy metal bands Black sabbath

Now we get to the real first heavy metal bands Black sabbath . That overdrive sound was there the first heavy metal song was Black sabbath title track from their first album in 1970 . I was two years old . We can call Tonni Iommi the great riff genious of the metal world .

And one of the greatest inventor and musical genious of our era. I think the same for Jimi Page led zeppelin and Jimi Hendrix they are some of the best guitar players even . Even after the shred era .

What were the first heavy metal bands Black sabbath. Some of my favourite Black sabbath songs are Country girl, Children of the sea, sabbath bloody sabbath . First heavy metal bands Black sabbath had the crazy metal attitude and most bands that came after copied Black sabbath sounds, riffs and attitude.

What were the first heavy metal bands we see Jimi Hendrix , then the Who then Lez Zeppelin, then Deep purple then black sabbath . After the that the story continues with Kiss, Judas priest Iron maiden , Metallica, Gus and roses and Liliac

I fyou liked this post why not listen suscribe and watch Song of love metal and listen to them on spotify and online music stores .
